3 Thefts Under Investigation In Havre de Grace

Police said jewelry, medication and a package were stolen in recent days in Havre de Grace.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents in the Havre de Grace area. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Medication was taken from a vehicle in the 200 block of South Freedom Lane. The theft was reported at 10:33 a.m. on March 12. Police said the vehicle was left unlocked.

Jewelry was reported stolen from the 700 block of Tydings Road at 12:10 p.m. on March 10. The theft remains under investigation.

A package theft was reported in the 100 block of Vancherie Court. The theft occurred March 9 and was reported three days later.

A robbery was reported in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway at 6:43 p.m. on March 5. Two people were arguing about money when one allegedly took $300 and ran away. Officers canvassed the area and arrested a 26-year-old man from the 200 block of Schmechel Street in Aberdeen. He was charged with robbery, second-degree assault and possession of drugs other than marijuana. He was booked March 6 and released on bail on March 7.
