$3K in Jewelry Stolen from Renovated Home: HdG Crime

Havre de Grace police also handled tire slashing, stolen grilling gear, assault on child and other incidents.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD – The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent calls for service.

Jewelry was reported stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Deputed Testamony Place before 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 29. Seven gold chains went missing after contractors began working on the home. Estimated value was $3,000.

Three tires were slashed overnight in the 100 block of Bloomsbury Avenue. The tires were on two different cars. Damage was estimated to be $150. The vandalism occurred overnight and was reported at 10:40 a.m. on Sunday, May 30.

A trellis and grill cover were stolen from the 500 block of Franklin Street, reported at approximately 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 29. Estimated value was $45.

A wallet containing $629 was stolen from the 100 block of North Washington Street, reported at 2:22 p.m. on Friday, May 28.

An incident involving an assault on a child in the 500 block of Alliance Street on Thursday, May 27, was referred to juvenile services.
