4 Arrests, Kayak Returned, Stroller Stolen: HdG Crime
About half of the incidents Havre de Grace police responded to this week occurred in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway, near Otsego Street.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents.
A baby stroller was stolen from the 200 block of Seneca Way, reported at approximately 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12.
Shoplifting was reported in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway at 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12.

DUI Arrest: A 22-year-old woman from the 500 block of Congress Avenue was arrested for driving while intoxicated and other traffic offenses in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway at 4:14 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12.
Disorderly Arrest: A 63-year-old man from the 300 block of South Union Avenue was arrested at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 10. He was issued three citations for disorderly conduct as well as one for failure to obey a police officer and another for a liquor violation in the 1100 block of Revolution Street.

Drug Arrest: A 31-year-old woman from the 2000 block of Morgan Street was arrested in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway for drug violations at approximately 12:45 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 10. She was charged with four drug distribution and two possession offenses, court records show.
A black purse was stolen from a vehicle in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway, reported before 9:45 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 9.
Warrant Arrest: An Edgewood woman wanted by the Harford County Sheriff's Office for violating her probation was taken into custody in the 100 block of O'Neil Court at 1:50 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8.
An iPhone was taken from a locker room in the 700 block of Congress Avenue before 7:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 7. Estimated loss was $600.
A kayak stolen from the 600 block of Erie Street was returned to its owner, who came to the police department. Havre de Grace recovered five kayaks last week in various locations around the city. The kayak owner claimed the vessel around 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7.
