4 Arrests This Week: HdG Crime Blotter

Driving under the influence and other offenses resulted in arrests in Havre de Grace during the first week of 2019, police said.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

A 39-year-old from the 400 block of Moores Mill Road was charged with failure to obey a lawful order. The arrest was made in the 300 block of St. John Street at 1:31 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 6.

A 46-year-old Havre de Grace man from the 300 block of Strawberry Lane was charged with obstructing and hindering and failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order. He was arrested around 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, in the 1600 block of Pulaski Highway. He was released on his own recognizance on Saturday, Jan. 5.

There is a pending sex offense investigation in the 600 block of Ontario Street. The incident was reported at 4:39 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 4.

A vehicle that had been reported stolen from Havre de Grace in 2018 was recovered in Aberdeen. The Volkswagen Jetta was located on Friday, Jan. 4, in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue, where it had been towed.

A 51-year-old Aberdeen man from the 200 block of Woodland Green Way was arrested at 12:13 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 3. He was taken into custody in the 200 block of North Lodge Lane and charged with driving under the influence.

A 32-year-old Havre de Grace man from the 800 block of Giles Street was charged with driving under the influence on New Year's Day. He was pulled over on MD 155 at Superior Street at 1:48 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 1.
