We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Five firehouses are opening to the public until 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16, for those seeking warmth, as below-zero temperatures blow through the area.In collaboration with the Harford County Department of Emergency Services, County Executive Barry Glassman and the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Service, these houses will be open to the public immediately as warming centers:<ul><li>Aberdeen House 1, 21 N. Rogers St., Aberdeen</li><li>Bel Air House 1, 109 S. Hickory Ave., Bel Air</li><li>Bel Air House 2, 27 E. Jarrettsville Rd., Forest Hill</li><li>Bel Air House 3, 1 Patterson Mill Rd, Bel Air</li><li>Jarrettsville House 1, 3825 Federal Hill Rd., Jarrettsville</li></ul>All locations will be open 24/7 until 8 a.m. Tuesday, February 16.These firehouses are for warmth but are not shelters; get assistance for citizens experiencing homelessness by dialing 211.
