The 51st Annual Havre de Grace Art Show in Pictures

The 51st annual Havre de Grace Art Show took place at Tydings Park on the weekend of August 15-17. Show attendees and artists alike enjoys the unseasonably comfortable temperatures and clear skies. The show opened on Friday evening with the excellent Something Borrowed Jazz Trio from 5 to 9 p.m. and treats from Coakely’s Pub. It continued from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. This long-standing show highlighted artists and craftspeople exhibiting and selling original work. Visitors found fine arts and handmade crafts including drawing, painting in oils, watercolors or acrylics, fibers, floral, glass, jewelry, handmade soap, metal work, photography, pottery, basketry, ceramics, sculpture and woodworking.
