Monica is an outgoing, responsible, and resilient 13-year-old girl who always supports her younger sisters. She enjoys arts and crafts and activities with her friends. She likes to ride bikes and play soccer. She says she would love to be part of a supportive and caring family, and it is important to her to stay united with her sisters. The bond she shares with them is strong and healthy.
Monica’s best friend, Leidy, was adopted last year in California. Leidy worked hard to help Monica and her sisters get into Kidsave. At 13 years of age, Monica is running out of time to be adopted. Entering into her teen years, now is more important than ever that she have the loving guidance of a permanent family, and the security that brings.
