Of the $57 million of real estate sold in Harford County in April, $6.8 million of it was sold in Havre de Grace. Sales in the 21078 zip code nearly doubled the amount sold in April.
There are slightly fewer properties to choose from compared to last year at the same time, but there is still plenty on the market. In April, there were 170 properties available, and 40 of them newly listed.
In the 21078 zip code, 25 properties were sold in April. They fetched an average of 90.6 of the price they were originally listed. It took properties about four months (on average) to sell, which is nearly a month less than the average for Harford County as a whole.
