A Look at February Real Estate in Havre de Grace

Real estate expert Alisia Krastel unveils the facts and figures for local sales

The waterfront view I woke up to on a recent Saturday was unbelievable—beautiful, peaceful, inspiring. It was dreamlike, and it could’ve been Havre de Grace, but it was St. Michaels.

My husband and I chose to go somewhere far enough away that we wouldn’t be tempted to come home unless it was for an emergency, since this would be our last trip before our newest little one (who we are waiting for any day now) arrives. As we walked the streets and the piers, we couldn’t help but be reminded of Havre de Grace. Yeah, St. Michaels may get a bigger tourist draw and hype, but it is no more beautiful than Havre de Grace. Although the draws that Havre de Grace has gorgeous waterfront and unbelievable charm aren't a secret, our little trip was a reminder of everything the city has to offer and why it’s not surprising that folks are looking call it home.
