A Look at March Real Estate in Havre de Grace

Harford County real estate got a little “spring” in its step in March, with sales increasing by about $20 million. Property sales in Aberdeen and Bel Air (21014) more than doubled and Havre de Grace had an increase of more than $600,000.

In March, Havre de Grace property owners fetched about 92 percent of their property’s original list price, which is slightly higher than the Harford County average. But, homes in the 21078 zip code took a little longer (152 days) to sell compared to the Harford County average (146).

The average sold price in Havre de Grace was about $307K in March, while the average sold price for Harford County, as a whole, was $245K.

Several areas of the county, including Aberdeen, Bel Air and Joppa, had a significant increase in the number of properties sold in March compared to February. In Havre de Grace, though, the number of properties sold in March was one fewer than sold in February.
