Suspects Shoot At Resident, Havre De Grace Homes After Breaking Into Vehicle

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Police are searching for a group of suspects they say fired shots at a resident and homes after the victim interrupted them breaking into a vehicle.

The incident happened Saturday around 2 a.m. in the area of Granville Court and Majestic Prince Circle. Havre de Grace police officers discovered that several suspects had attempted to break into a vehicle before a homeowner interrupted them, the police department said.

As the suspects took off, they fired several rounds of bullets toward the victim and nearby homes. Police found bullet homes in a home and vehicles. No injuries were reported, police reported.

Havre de Grace officers canvassed the area, but couldn't find the suspects. The incident is being investigated by detectives.
