Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! HAVRE DE GRACE, MD -- The Art Rooms, known for its supplies as well as classes that encourage creativity, is changing hands. Owner Liz Howshall is retiring after more than a decade of owning the North Washington Street shop.The store will be under new management as of June 1, according to the Havre de Grace Alliance.Howshall announced at the end of February that she would be leaving, issuing this statement:<blockquote>Dear friends and customers, </blockquote><blockquote>I am totally elated to let you know that after 12 years I am retiring The Art Rooms Professional Art Supplies! I am looking forward to gaining freedom and doing my own thing! It's been a heck of a ride, and I have enjoyed every minute of it! I am so very grateful to all of you for your support over the past years.
