FREDERICK, MD — A new school is in the works that a Havre de Grace company is helping bring to fruition for those suffering from addiction. Phoenix Recovery Academy plans to open this fall in Frederick.

It will serve students who are in recovery.

Ashley Addiction Treatment donated 400 books for the school's library and is sponsoring a golf tournament to raise money for scholarships so that students will be able to attend the school.
