Baltimore Man Charged in Two Aberdeen 7-Eleven Holdups
He was already in custody from a robbery in Havre de Grace.
A Baltimore man has been charged in two armed robberies at Aberdeen 7-Eleven stores that occurred earlier this month, police said Friday.
Willie Lee Ganey, 37, of the 3000 block of Arunah Avenue in Baltimore, was charged with armed robbery and other offenses, according to the Aberdeen Police Department.
The robberies occurred July 10 in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue and July 13 in the 600 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, police said.

Ganey is being held at the Harford County Detention Center without bond, police said.
He was charged earlier this month—on July 16—after police took him into custody outside the EZ Quick market in Havre de Grace. In that instance, police said a caller reported an armed robbery in progress and officers arrived as Ganey was leaving the scene. He has been in police custody since July 16.

Lt. Fred Budnick of the Aberdeen Police Department how Ganey was identified as the suspect in the 7-Eleven holdups was not being disclosed at this time.
