We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Freshman Kyle Greskoff won for the third time in as many varsity starts, holding Joppatowne to just three hits in seven innings in Monday's 5-2 Warriors win. Greskoff tossed his third complete game of the year. Junior Logan Poore was 2-for-3 with a walk, a double and a pair of RBIs. Juniors Keith Sifford and James Smith had matching lines, both going 1-for-3 with a walk, two runs and an RBI. Smith was 2-for-2 in steal attempts, and Sifford was 1-for-1. Senior Nick Gartside was 1-for-4 with an RBI. Havre de Grace is now 2-0 against Joppatowne this season after going 0-2 against the Mariners last season.
