Hatem Bridge Delays: Police Run For Special Olympics
Police will be running in support of the Special Olympics Tuesday, and authorities are warning of some minor delays on Hatem Bridge.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Motorists should expect traffic delays Wednesday, June 6, in the late morning as police participate in a torch run. The Maryland Transportation Authority is warning residents of possible delays.
The Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run for Maryland Special Olympics is the occasion, with police from all around the region participating in the torch run in support of the Special Olympics.
The ceremonies are starting around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Lock House in Havre de Grace. The runners will go through several business areas in town, authorities say, before reaching Route 40. They'll run south to Joppatown and hand the torch to Baltimore County. Police expect the run to finish around 1 p.m.
