Bird Through Windshield Sends Truck Driver to Hospital: Officials
The Susquehanna Hose Company and Havre de Grace Ambulance Corps responded to an unusual case Sunday morning on I-95.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A truck driver was hospitalized after a large bird flew through the windshield Sunday morning on Interstate 95 near Havre de Grace, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company.
The incident occurred at 8:06 a.m. on I-95 south near mile marker 90. The hose company reported that its personnel and the Havre de Grace Ambulance Corps responded.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was taken to a local hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company.
