We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. Harford Tech got out to a 4-0 advantage and was unable to battle back in an 8-5 Cobras win Monday in Campus Hills. Havre de Grace fell to 2-1 overall. Tyler Coakley made 15 saves in goal for the Warriors. Justin Gosnell scored four goals and added an assist. Kip Brown also had an assist for Havre de Grace. Gosnell scored twice and assisted on Tyler Sylvester's first varsity goal in the second quarter, as Havre de Grace battled back from a 4-0 deficit to enter the half trailing 4-3. The Warriors opened the second half with two straight goals to lead, 5-4, before Tech ran away with the win.
