Looking for a low carb alternative for a sandwich? Cauliflower Bread may just be what you are looking for. My friend Jennifer sent us the reciepe since she tried my freaky pizza recipe using cauliflower for the crust. My husband made this for us to try and it was truly amazing.
You'll need:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 package of Hidden Valley Italian Seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

- shred the cauliflower
- add seasoning, eggs and cheese
- place mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- pre-heat oven to 325 degrees and bake for 40 minutes, remove from oven and flip the bread and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
- Let cool, then cut.
