The oldest continuously running Recreation Council program in Harford County happens to be the Dublin Dancers.  Started more than four decades ago, the Dublin Dancers will hold their annual Heart Fund Dance on Sunday, February 24, at the Havre de Grace Acitivity Center from 1:30 to 4:30PM.  Open to the public is the "Second Hand Rose" sale of square dance skirts, shirts and crinolines.  All proceeds from this dance and the sale go directly to the Heart Fund. Shoppers can find all genre of clothing typical to square dancing at a fraction of the cost.
