Preparing for a breakfast or brunch? Here's an easy egg cup.
You'll need
- Six eggs
- green/red peppers
- cheese
- package of crescent round rolls
- salt/pepper
- onion/garlic powder
- Crack six eggs and mix them
- Add a dash of salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
- Open Crescent Rolls, pull apart the rounds
- Flatten them in the palm of your hand, shape them in the bottom of the muffin pan and around th sides.
- Cut up the peppers and add them
- Sprinkle cheese over the peppers
- Crumble the cooked sausage and place in the muffin pan
- Pour the eggs into each muffin holder, don't over pour your eggs
- Bake for 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes—depending on your oven
