Easy Egg Cups

Easy brunch egg cup recipe that's sure to be a hit.

Preparing for a breakfast or brunch? Here's an easy egg cup.

You'll need

  • Six eggs
  • green/red peppers
  • cheese
  • package of crescent round rolls
  • salt/pepper
  • onion/garlic powder
  1. Crack six eggs and mix them 
  2. Add a dash of salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
  3. Open Crescent Rolls, pull apart the rounds
  4. Flatten them in the palm of your hand, shape them in the bottom of the muffin pan and around th sides.
  5. Cut up the peppers and add them 
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the peppers
  7. Crumble the cooked sausage and place in the muffin pan
  8. Pour the eggs into each muffin holder, don't over pour your eggs
  9. Bake for 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes—depending on your oven
