Dear Constituents,
I recently read the news story in the Baltimore Sun about a speed camera giving someone a ticket that wasn’t even moving. I am opposed to speed cameras and events like this absolutely outrage me! These things are an abuse of power and I will support all Delegates, especially Delegate Smigiel and Delegate Cardin in their attempts to rein in the use of these speed cameras. I am currently working on legislation to fix this problem, and look forward to your feedback regarding this issue.
