The current train bridge, referred to as the , was built by the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1906. In the distance you can see the remains of the P.W. & B Railroad Bridge finished in 1866 after 12 years of construction. In 1910, the P.W. & B Railroad bridge was converted into a vehicle bridge and later a top layer was added creating Havre de Grace’s famous double-decker bridge.
