The ups and downs of Havre de Grace's March real estate results

Despite a 44 percent downturn over last year this time, Havre de Grace has seen a 20 percent bump in total sales compared to February. 

The median sold price of $185,250 is about 35,000 less than Harford County's.

Of the 12 properties that sold in March, four were cash sales. It shows that it's still an investor-friendly time, even though there are five percent less homes to choose from today than there were this time last year.
