We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Johnny Brooks, Havre de Grace High School's football coach for 13 years, was introduced Tuesday as Aberdeen High School's new football coach. Brooks, a 1981 Havre de Grace grad, led his alma mater to the Class 1A state title game in 2010. He had been a teacher at Havre de Grace since 1994 and has accepted a social studies position at Aberdeen, where he replaces John Siemsen as head coach. Aberdeen was 1-9 last season. Havre de Grace High School is accepting applications for its head coaching job and intends to conduct interviews during the week of May 16. Havre de Grace defensive coordinator Greg Long is a candidate for the job. More details to come on Patch.
