Between Tuesday, Aug. 26, and Thursday, Aug. 28, the Havre de Grace Police Department reported that officers responded to the following incidents:<ul><li>At 6:02 p.m. on Aug. 27, someone reported that a burglary had occurred in the 100 block of Concove Way. No further information was available about the break-in.</li><li>At 5:01 p.m. on Aug. 27, a juvenile in the 900 block of Bern Drive said she needed police. Officials said there was no problem found.</li><li>A theft was reported from the 300 block of Market Street at 4:01 p.m. on Aug. 27. Police said no problem was found.</li><li>Someone walked out of a business in the 300 block of Franklin Street without paying a bill.
