Cab Driver Charged In Havre de Grace Stabbing, Police Say
The stabbing that sent one person to the hospital stemmed from an altercation on Route 40 in Havre de Grace Wednesday morning, police said.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Police said a cab driver has been charged in a stabbing in Havre de Grace.
Daniel Perkins, 38, was charged with first- and second-degree assault as well as wearing and carrying a deadly weapon, according to authorities.
Officials said they were called to the 900 block of Pulaski Highway at 6:57 a.m. on Wednesday about a stabbing.

Law enforcement from the Havre de Grace Police Department found a 41-year-old man there who had been stabbed during an altercation.
He was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for multiple stab wounds, where police said he was in stable condition Wednesday afternoon.

Perkins was arrested at the scene of the stabbing when officers arrived, police reported.
