Old Bay Improv is Harford County's only Improvisational Theater Company. Watch as 6 talented performers create comedy completely on the spot — no scripts, no rehearsals, and no idea what’s coming next. Every scene and game will be inspired by audience suggestions and something Halloweenish, making each performance a one-of-a-kind experience.
