Car That Dragged Officer Has Maryland Tags: Pa. Police

Authorities are looking for a vehicle with Maryland tags suspected of dragging a Pennsylvania police officer down the street on Wednesday in Glen Rock, Pa.
An officer was approaching a dark-colored Toyota sedan outside a convenience store when a man in the front passenger seat grabbed his arm as the vehicle drove away, according to the York Daily Record.
After approximately 50 feet, the passenger released the arm of the officer, who was taken to the hospital with an ankle injury and road rash, the newspaper reported.

The incident happened before 5 p.m. on Wednesday on Main Street in the York County town, where the officer was responding to a call about a suspicious vehicle, according to Fox 43, the local Fox affiliate.
Two men and a woman were reportedly in the vehicle, which was said to be a dark-colored Toyota Camry.

The vehicle had Maryland plates that read “4AG6940,” according to reports.
