The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Cecil Bank has shifted its banking services from Saint John Street to Route 40. The branch at 303 Saint John St. was closed Nov. 30, according to Branch Administrator Sally Wallace, but the bank isn't going anywhere. "Cecil Bank still remains very much a part of this community," Wallace said. The accounting department remains at the location in downtown Havre de Grace, and banking services are available at 1609 Pulaski Highway. The Cecil Bank branch on Route 40 has a drive-through, ATM service and extended hours, Wallace said. Cecil Bank at 1609 Pulaski Hwy. is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. The drive-through is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. The bank is closed Sunday.
