And something is always happening. Even on the chilliest of days, the town is chock-full of things to discover. There is just the right amount of outdoor attractions that get you out in the fresh air, and places nearby to stop and warm up inside with some delicious food.
Ciamaricone said she hopes Havre de Grace——is among the five winners when the award is unveiled in the spring.

She closed by telling her Cecil County readers: "The best part about a day trip to Havre de Grace is that, for Cecil Countians, home is just a short drive away."
The GAMSA is given to the top Main Street organizations in the country.
According to a release from the National Trust for Historic Preservation, a national jury of former award winners, community development professionals, representatives from government and foundations and journalists who are active in community economic development and historic preservation will select the five winners.
