We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. The 20-inch chainsaw had been rented from Home Depot. The theft was reported at 11 a.m. on Dec. 27.A domestic assault was reported in the 100 block of Mohegan Drive before 3:30 p.m. on Dec 26. The case was referred to the commissioner.Items were stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of Bostonian Way at 6 p.m. on Christmas.Personal documents were stolen from a safe in the 700 block of Revolution Street at 11:15 p.m. on Dec. 23.Christmas lights were stolen from the 200 block of Tidewater Drive before 7 p.m. on Dec. 23.
