City of Havre de Grace Launches Decoy Camera

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD – City staffers have created a new way for residents of Havre de Grace to keep an eye on their city and stay connected.

The "Decoy Cam" officially launched Wednesday morning and offers a live look at what is going on by the Promenade.

The camera is located on the second-story deck of the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum on Giles Street.

Viewers have a vantage point across Susquehanna Flats and the Chesapeake Bay.

The Decoy Cam was the brainchild of employees within the city's IT department, according to city officials.
