The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. DARLINGTON, MD — A Harford County man is facing charges of driving under the influence and texting while driving after he crashed into a house Wednesday night in Darlington, according to Maryland State Police. The crash caused the house and its foundation to shift several feet, police said. Douglas Greenwalter of Bel Air had been driving a red Subaru station wagon south on US 1, or Conowingo Road, when his car went off the right side of the road and hit a house, according to authorities. At 9:09 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, police said that troopers were called to the 4000 block of Conowingo Road to the crash south of Hughes Road. Nobody inside the home was injured, and the driver was also not harmed. Greenwalter was arrested and is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and using a cellular phone/texting while driving, police reported Thursday morning.
