Crowd Turns Out For Havre de Grace Costume Parade

A record crowd turned out for the Havre de Grace Recreation Committee's annual Halloween costume parade Sunday.

Approximately 400 people entered the event, with even more in attendance, at the corner of Washington Street and Congress Avenue in Havre de Grace.

Children in the contest received prizes from the recreation committee.

Judges for the contest were Manager Brigitte Peters, Samantha Marcum of Aberdeen's Hair Cuttery, Steve Schnur of , Bobby Parker of Bobby Parker Photography and of the Havre de Grace Police Department.

Entertainment was provided by M.C. Products DJ Mark Hemler and the Havre de Grace Drama Guild's Youth Troop.
