Crash Near Tydings Bridge on I-95 Clears
A single-vehicle crash was reported north of MD 155.

Traffic stacked up on Interstate 95 north of Havre de Grace Wednesday morning due to an incident that appeared to have involved a truck.
Shortly before 11 a.m., the crash scene had cleared and traffic was moving.
The single-vehicle crash on I-95 north was reported at 10:05 a.m., according to the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team (CHART).

During cleanup, vehicles on I-95 north were traveling below speed from MD 155 to the Tydings Bridge.
Weather conditions Wednesday made travel challenging, and authorities advised exercising additional caution on roads.

“Travel today may be hazardous depending upon the route,” Harford County Emergency Management advised. “Allow for additional time to reach your destination.”
A “rapid changeover from rain to snow” was occurring in the region at approximately 10:15 a.m., according to the National Weather Service, which said roads and sidewalks would be slippery through early afternoon.
Harford County is under a winter weather advisory until 6 p.m. Snowfall should end Wednesday afternoon or early evening, emergency management reported.
