​Diane Frances Graybeal, 77, of Havre de Grace

Diane Frances Graybeal, of Havre de Grace, passed away on Aug. 1, 2017. She was 77.

Mrs. Graybeal was born in Manhattan, New York, to James Walter Elsner and Mary Eva Wright Elsner Gibson. She was the devoted wife of the late Donald Graybeal Sr., loving mother of Cynthia Lynn McGonigal of Walker, LA, Donald Graybeal, Jr., of Havre de Grace, Scott Graybeal and his wife Tonia of Shiloh, Ohio, and Jeffrey Graybeal and his wife Jennifer of Havre de Grace. Mrs. Graybeal was the grandmother of Kelly Juban, Jessica Rogers, Tyler Graybeal, Cody Graybeal, Tanner Graybeal, Keegan Graybeal, Jared Graybeal and Johanna Graybeal, and great-grandmother of Chelli Juban and Cameron Rogers, Jr. She was predeceased by her dear brother James Walter Elsner Jr.

Mrs. Graybeal was a member of the Havre de Grace United Methodist Church, where she served as a greeter. She was also a member of the American Legion Post 47 Ladies Auxiliary and the Young At Heart Club. She enjoyed BINGO, playing cards, especially Bunco, and being with her friends at the coffee shop and the promenade.

A viewing will be held on Friday, Aug. 4, 2017, from 5-8 p.m., at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017, at 10 a.m., at Havre de Grace United Methodist Church, 101 South Union Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD. Interment will be held at St. Paul’s Cemetery, Aberdeen, MD.
