Dispose Of Unused, Unwanted Prescription Meds At Drug Take Back Day Event

The Harford County Sheriff's Office will be accepting unwanted, unused and expired prescriptions and other medications at a special event.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Anyone with unwanted, expired or unused medications can drop them off this Saturday for a Prescription Drug Take Back Day.

The drop-off event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Residents can pop by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Southern Precinct located at 1305 Pulaski Highway in Edgewood to safely dispose of unwanted or expired medications.

All types of over the counter and prescription medications will be accepted along with vitamins and pet medications, organizers said.
