The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. A driver accidentally ran her vehicle into the <a href="https://havredegrace.patch.com/listings/waffle-house-2" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Waffle House</a> on US Route 40 Monday afternoon, according to the <a href="https://havredegrace.patch.com/listings/havre-de-grace-police-department" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Havre de Grace Police Department</a>. The woman told police she was pulling into a handicapped parking space at approximately 1:09 p.m. and meant to push the brake but must have hit the gas instead, officials said. Her vehicle jumped the wheel block, hit the handicapped sign and struck the Waffle House, police said. The crash resulted in minor damage to the Waffle House, located in the 800 block of Pulaski Highway/Route 40, according to police. No injuries were reported, and police said no charges were filed.

Police said the driver meant to hit the brakes.
