Drug Charge, Go-Kart Stolen, Car Wires Cut: HdG Police Blotter

Multiple disorderly conduct arrests, stolen car found 1.5 miles away and other incidents from Havre de Grace police.

The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents.

Bank cards and a gift card were stolen from a vehicle, the owner reported at approximately 6:50 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4. The theft occurred in the 600 block of Linden Lane from a Mitsubishi Galant.

At approximately 6:45 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 3, a Havre de Grace man was arrested in the 100 block of Market Street and charged with possession and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. The 21-year-old was from the 400 block of Battery Drive. He was in possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana.

Someone tried to open a credit card in another person’s name in the 600 block of Lewis Street, reported at approximately 2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 3.

A vehicle stolen from a neighborhood in Havre de Grace was recovered three days later, approximately 1.5 miles away on US Route 40. At approximately 9:45 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, a red Honda Accord was reported stolen from the 300 block of North Adams Street. The vehicle was found in the 1000 block of Pulaski Highway on Monday, Nov. 3.

Groceries and a go-kart were stolen in a residential burglary. The burglary in the 1200 block of Battery Drive was reported after 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2. Canned goods were taken, in addition to a red go-kart with an estimated value of $500.

At 7:15 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2, two people were arrested in the 800 block of Lafayette Street, where they live. The 48-year-old man was charged with assault, disturbing the peace disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The 49-year-old woman was charged with assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Wires were cut underneath the dashboard in a vehicle on Warren Street. The vandalism was reported at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2. Police said there were no suspects.

At approximately 9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1, a domestic incident was reported in the 700 block of Pulaski Highway.

At 2 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1, a Havre de Grace woman was charged with assault in the 800 block of Pulaski Highway. The 38-year-old was from the 1000 block of Chesapeake Drive.

A 38-year-old Aberdeen woman was arrested in the 100 block of Market Street and charged with disorderly conduct before 1 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1.

At approximately 5:25 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, a domestic incident was reported in the 1600 block of Algonquin Court.

A 56-year-old man from the 200 block of Revolution Street was charged with violating a protective order at noon on Friday, Oct. 31.
