The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A Havre de Grace man was charged with DUI after a traffic stop in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway recently. Police said a strange occurrence on the road caught an officer's attention. The man had stopped his gold Grand Prix in the middle of Union Avenue before 11:45 p.m. on Nov. 3,according to police. After a short period of time, he started driving again, going north on Union to Otsego Street to Pulaski Highway/US 40. At 11:36 p.m. on Nov. 3, police conducted a traffic stop and upon noticing a strong odor of alcohol, gave the man several field sobriety tests.
