Dump Truck Flips on Route 155, Injuring One: Officials

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A truck crashed on the ramp from Interstate 95 to MD 155 Wednesday night, bringing down power lines and leaking fuel in the area, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.

The single-vehicle crash near I-95 north was reported at approximately 9:30 p.m.

As of 11:50 p.m., the ramp from I-95 to MD 155 remained closed for cleanup from the collision.

One person was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, according to the Susquehanna Hose Company, which reported the vehicle involved was a dump truck that overturned.

Authorities advised that MD 155 was closed in the area, and drivers should consider taking US 40 as an alternate route.
