Eileen Fanny Burlin Marrs, 86, of Conowingo

Eileen Fanny Burlin Marrs, 86, of Conowingo, died Wednesday, July 22, in Havre de Grace. Born November 17, 1928, in Port Deposit, she was the daughter of the late Hugh Melrose and Lillian L. Irwin Burlin.

Mrs. Marrs was formerly employed as a nurse by the V.A. Medical Center of Perry Point, MD. She is survived by her sons, Bill Marrs Sr., and wife, Sherry, and Terry Marrs and wife, Vicki, all of Conowingo; daughter Wanda Baker and her husband Leonard, of Havre de Grace; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Marrs was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. William Marrs; four brothers; and four sisters.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2015, at 1 p.m., at the Lee A. Patterson & Son Funeral Home, P.A., Perryville.

Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, July 29, 2015, from 7 until 9 p.m., at the funeral home.

Pastor Stuart Luce of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Aberdeen will officiate. Interment will be in Marrs Cemetery, Conowingo.
