This month's guest speaker is Erika Quesenbery, historian and acting Economic Development Director for the City of Havre de Grace. Her topic is "A Century of Change 1917 - 2017." The lecture will take place at the Havre de Grace Library at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 27.
