We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Former Towson University star and current Harford County resident Gary Neal appeared in the Rookie Challenge during the NBA All-Star Weekend festivities. In conjunction with his All-Star Weekend appearance, Neal recently was featured on ESPN's Outside the Lines. Neal, a rookie with the San Antonio Spurs, led Aberdeen to a state championship before transferring to Calvert Hall. He began his college career at LaSalle before finishing at Towson University. He spent his first professional seasons overseas before signing with the Spurs in the summer. Neal and his wife, Leah, who were married in the summer, live in Havre de Grace.
