39th Annual Candlelight

Over the past 39 years, many of Havre de Grace’s most historic and distinctive homes, churches, and B&Bs have been open to the public, and an eclectic group of historically-restored, renovated, and waterfront homes will be featured on this year’s Tour.  A number of other historic buildings, events and activities are also included. All ticket-holders are invited for caroling and refreshments at La Banque de Fleuve on St. John Street from 4 until 9pm.  Tour badges and guides will have complete information on all tour stops, and will be on sale in mid-November.

Tickets for the 2011 Candlelight Tour of Homes may be obtained for a donation of $15 and will be available from Museum Board Members and at several locations in Havre de Grace, including the Visitor’s Center, Java by the Bay, Jana’s Java, the Decoy Museum, the Maritime Museum, and Par Excellence Day Spa. Tickets will also be sold at Johnson Family Pharmacy in Aberdeen, the Recreation and Leisure Travel Office at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, and Preston’s Stationery in Bel Air. Sales of tickets will continue at the Museum until 5pm on the evening of the tour.  Tickets may also be ordered online at www.thelockhousemuseum.org .  A discount will be offered on sales of blocks of tickets through the web site.
