The Havre de Grace Corporate Center was established in 1995, and is located in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, with dining and shopping just steps away, and a beautiful new streetscape to enjoy! We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. This year on November 10th through 12th a celebration is planned to recognize this strong tradition by inviting the public to participate in a two day event at the Bel Air Armory 39-41 N. Main Street in Bel Air, and the Liriodendron on Saturday On Thursday November 10th from 5 PM to 8 PM the Armory will be open for viewing of exhibits chronicling Harford County's military service from the Revolution through the War on Terror. Among the items on display:             Bush Declaration             War of 1812 display             Early photos of Edgewood Arsenal and Aberdeen Proving Grounds             Uniforms and memorabilia from Korea, WW I, WW II, Vietnam             And much more
