Children’s Arts Festival is presented by the Havre de Grace Arts Commission. A fun filled day featuring entertainment for children under 12, hands-on crafts, scarecrow making, children's art contest display with awards and food for sale.
FREE admission ~ children must be accompanied by an adult; bring child size clothes and old pantyhose to make scarecrows; open to the public; no rain location.
