Registration begins at 6 p.m. and the parade begins at 6:30 p.m.
A Havre de Grace tradition, the parade is organized by the Havre de Grace Recreation Committee.
After the parade is over, be sure to for a paid vacation, a chance to meet Heidi Klum, and have more than $1,000 donated to a charity in your name.
