Mastering DSLR Exposure and Camera Settings

Last call for Sunday's Photo Class. There are just a few seats left, so if you're interested, please act now! Hope to see you there!

"Mastering DSLR Exposure and Camera Settings", a new class by Leo Heppner, Professional Photographer and Instructor, will be held on Sunday, April 29th, from 1-4PM at La Cucina Italian Restaurant, 103 North Washington St, Havre de Grace, MD 20178. We will meet at the restaurant's private Banquet Room in the back of the place. Please note that this class is a repeat of the one offered on March 11th and it's being offered again to accommodate those who missed it the first time. It is also the Rain Date for the class that was supposed to run last Sunday, April 22nd.

This useful class will start with a 1 hour classroom instruction, then we'll go to the Lock House area (Susquehanna Museum) in Havre de Grace for a 2 hour "hands-on" outdoor shooting session. Topics to be covered: How to achieve proper exposure for difficult lighting situations such as high contrast scenes, backlighting, frontlighting, and more. Plus, understanding how to use a hand-held meter. In addition, we'll learn about DSLR camera settings such as ISO, White Balance, Exposure Modes, Exposure Compensation, and Spot Metering.
